How to prepare Strawberry Juice

Strawberry Juice:

A very healthy fresh fruit juice that is rich in Vitamin C serve, especially in summer time.


Introductions: The red coloring in strawberries mixed with rock salt will make a wonderful pure strawberry juice. Strawberry is a great source of Vitamin C. Here is your formula of Strawberry juice. We are sharing some healthy fresh juice recipe made from seasonal fruits and ingredients.

Ingredients:
6 - 7 Strawberry
1/2 Lemon
3-4 Tablespoons of sugar/Honey
3-4 Crushed and whole ice cubes
1 Cup water
1/2 spoon rock salt.

Instructions:
  • In a saucepan add ½ cup water and sugar and bring to boil.
  • Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to become chilled
  • Cut lemon into half and remove the seeds 
  • Squeeze the lemons and extract the lemon juice and keep it aside  
  • Clean strawberry and mix with ½ cup water in a blender 
  • Strain the Strawberry juice 
  • Now add sugar syrup or Honey, Strawberry juice, Lemon juice, rock salt, and water and mix well, mixing can be done manually for small quality or by blender for larger quantity
  • Add crushed ice cubes in a glass and then pour in the juice 
  • Strawberry Juice is ready.


Tip: Add fruits masala 1/4 spoon to make it extra delicious.

Sweet Lassi (North Indian Drink)

A sweet drink made with curd, widely popular in Indian with little variation



Introduction: Punjabi Food is incomplete without a tall glass of Lassi, sweet or salty. The drink made with curd has many variations in India, in North its Lassi, Tamilnadu it’s called “Mor”, Western India it’s “Chaas” and in Eastern India, it’s “Ghol”. Perhaps the best of all is the Punjabi Lassi with a layer of cream on top. Here we are sharing the Sweet Lassi recipe, enjoy making it with your own preference of sweet or salt.

Sweet Lassi Recipe:
Preparation time 2 minutes
Making time 5 minutes
Serves 4
Difficulty Level Medium

Ingredients:
300gms Curd
4 Tablespoon Sugar or guard
½ glass of water

Instructions:
Manual
  • In curd add sugar and mix it well.
  • Add water and shake it rigorously so that froth is formed 
  • Serve with paratha 
With Blender
  • Add curd, sugar, water and 2-3 cubes of ice and blend in a blender for 2 minutes.
  • Your lassi is ready to serve.
Tip: put till a bit of Malli on top


How to prepare Apple Sweet Lime juice

Apple Sweet lime juice drink

Apple Sweetlime is a great combination having loads of vitamin C 




Introduction: This light juice is great to chill you down along with its vitamins and energy that is required to refresh for a hectic working day

Ingredients:
1 Sweet Lime, peeled and Sectioned
2 Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
3-5 Tablespoon Sugar mixed with 1Cup Water
1/2tsp Rock salt
4-7 ice cubes partially crushed
2 cups of water
1 Cup Soda water
Serving -2glasses  


Instructions:


  • In a juicer or blender extract the juice of each fruit separately
  • Make a Sugar syrup by heating sugar and 1 cup of the water in a small saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate for some time to get very cold.
  • Now in a pitcher, add ice cubes, water, Apple juice, Sweet Lime juice, rock salt, and Sugar syrup. 
  • Taste and add extra sugar syrup to make adjustments 
  • Pour in tall glass and fill 3/4 of it
  • Now add Soda water to top it up
  • Apple Sweet lime Juice is now ready and serves it immediately with a fizz 


Tip: Quantity of Apple should be double or more than Sweet lime

How to prepare Mango Ginger juice drink

Mango Ginger juice 

Mango juice with a twist added with the freshness of ginger root, that keeps you healthy and fit



Introductions: This Mango juice is a healthier version with the added benefit of Ginger. Ginger is known to improve and stimulate blood circulation. Ginger root extract can help reduce the levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol in the body and keeps your heart healthy.
Apart from health benefit, the bonus point is the twist in taste and flavor, the added gingerly punch on a subtle base on Mango


Ingredients:
1 inch Ginger, peeled
1 Mango, peeled and sliced
3-5 Tablespoon Sugar mixed with 1Cup Water
4-7 ice cubes partially crushed
3 cups of water
Serves 2 Tall glasses


Instructions:


  • In a juicer or blender extract the juice of mango, you can add little water
  • Add the Ginger and little water to the blender and strain and keep fresh ginger juice aside
  • Make a Sugar syrup by heating sugar and 1 cup of the water in a small saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved, cool and refrigerate
  • Now in a pitcher, add mango juice, ginger juice, sugar syrup, and water.
  • Taste and add extra sugar syrup if required
  • Mango Ginger Juice is ready
  • Add crushed ice in a glass and pour in the juice, garnish it with fresh mint on top

How to prepare Mint Lemon juice drink

Mint Lemon juice drink

Summary: Go green, the cool and fresh Mint Lemon juice is just right for the day



Introduction: Fragrance and color of Fresh Mint are so refreshing that it immediately gets you back into action. Added with the goodness of Lemon, this combination is just right for a long day at work

Ingredients:
1 Lemon
5-7 Mint Leaves
3-4 Ice Cubes
3 tablespoon Sugar or honey

Instructions:
  • Cut lemon into half and remove the seeds 
  • Squeeze the lemons and extract the lemon juice and keep it aside 
  • Add the Mint leaves and little water to the blender and strain 
  • Retain the extracted fresh mint juice aside 
  • for the sugar syrup, in a saucepan add ½ cup water and sugar and bring to boil. Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to chill
  • Now in a pitcher add sugar syrup or Honey, Mint juice, Lemon juice, and water and mix well, mixing can be done manually for small quality or by a blender for larger quantity
  • Add crushed ice cubes in a glass and then add juice from the pitcher
  • Lemon-Mint Juice is ready, 
  • Garnished with fresh mint or lemon slice and serve chilled

Tip: Use the amount of mint juice as per preference

How to prepare Orange Kiwi Drinks

Orange Kiwi Drinks 

Orange and Kiwi juice is good for the breakfast menu as its quite filling with lots of nutrients



Introduction: This is an incredible combination that is rich with nutrients, have variations in tastes and quite filling. This can be well considered for the breakfast table 

Ingredients:
1 Kiwi, peeled
1 Orange, peeled and sectioned
1 Mango, peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon Sugar mixed with 1Cup Water 

How to make it:
  • In a juicer or blender extract the juice of each fruit separately
  • Mix half of the Sugar syrup
  • Rest of the syrup mix with the other two juices
  • In a glass take some crushed ice
  • Now pour the Mango Juice in the glass still half full
  • Allow settling
  • Add a starter to the glass
  • Now pour orange juice through the stem of the starter making sure not to disturb the juice bellow
  • Finally, pour the Kiwi juice on top of it using the same process

Note: This is a thick preparation, almost like a smoothie

Pomegranate-Ginger Recipe:
Preparation time 15 minutes

2 medium-sized Pomegranate
1inch Ginger
1 Lemon
3-4 Tablespoons of sugar/Honey
3-4 Crushed and whole ice cubes
1 Cup water

  • In a saucepan add ½ cup water and sugar and bring to boil.
  • Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to become chilled

  • Add the Ginger to the blender and strain and keep fresh ginger juice aside 
  • Remove the skin of Pomegranate and add kernels with ½ cup water in a blender 
  • Strain the Pomegranate juice 
  • Now add sugar syrup or Honey, Pomegranate juice, Ginger juice, Lemon juice, and water and mix well, mixing can be done manually for small quality or by blender for larger quantity
  • Add crushed ice cubes in a glass and then pour in the juice 
  • Pomegranate-ginger is ready, It can be garnished with Pomegranate Kernels
Tip: Easy way of making Sugar Syrup is, in a blender put a cup of water and sugar and mix and its ready for use. You can alter the amount of sugar added to make the syrup as per personal preference
