How to prepare Strawberry Juice

Strawberry Juice:

A very healthy fresh fruit juice that is rich in Vitamin C serve, especially in summer time.


Introductions: The red coloring in strawberries mixed with rock salt will make a wonderful pure strawberry juice. Strawberry is a great source of Vitamin C. Here is your formula of Strawberry juice. We are sharing some healthy fresh juice recipe made from seasonal fruits and ingredients.

Ingredients:
6 - 7 Strawberry
1/2 Lemon
3-4 Tablespoons of sugar/Honey
3-4 Crushed and whole ice cubes
1 Cup water
1/2 spoon rock salt.

Instructions:
  • In a saucepan add ½ cup water and sugar and bring to boil.
  • Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to become chilled
  • Cut lemon into half and remove the seeds 
  • Squeeze the lemons and extract the lemon juice and keep it aside  
  • Clean strawberry and mix with ½ cup water in a blender 
  • Strain the Strawberry juice 
  • Now add sugar syrup or Honey, Strawberry juice, Lemon juice, rock salt, and water and mix well, mixing can be done manually for small quality or by blender for larger quantity
  • Add crushed ice cubes in a glass and then pour in the juice 
  • Strawberry Juice is ready.


Tip: Add fruits masala 1/4 spoon to make it extra delicious.
