Pomegranate Lemon Drinks 


A very healthy fresh fruit juice that is rich in antioxidants, serve anytime




Introductions: Summer days are getting unbearable. Television Channels are blaming Global Warming for the recent heat waves. True the climate is changing for the worst. Here is your formula to beat the heat; we are sharing some healthy fresh juice recipe made from seasonal fruits and ingredients. Rez Pink is made with Pomegranate and Ginger Juice. It is easy to make, great as a visual treat and rich with antioxidants that will keep you fresh in any hectic working day this summer.

Pomegranate-Ginger Recipe:
Preparation time 15 minutes
Serves 2 glasses
Difficulty Level Easy

Ingredients:
2 medium-sized Pomegranate
1inch Ginger
1 Lemon
3-4 Tablespoons of sugar/Honey
3-4 Crushed and whole ice cubes
1 Cup water

Instructions:
  • In a saucepan add ½ cup water and sugar and bring to boil.
  • Cool and keep it in the refrigerator to become chilled
  • Cut lemon into half and remove the seeds 
  • Squeeze the lemons and extract the lemon juice and keep it aside 
  • Add the Ginger to the blender and strain and keep fresh ginger juice aside 
  • Remove the skin of Pomegranate and add kernels with ½ cup water in a blender 
  • Strain the Pomegranate juice 
  • Now add sugar syrup or Honey, Pomegranate juice, Ginger juice, Lemon juice, and water and mix well, mixing can be done manually for small quality or by blender for larger quantity
  • Add crushed ice cubes in a glass and then pour in the juice 
  • Pomegranate-ginger is ready, It can be garnished with Pomegranate Kernels
Tip: Easy way of making Sugar Syrup is, in a blender put a cup of water and sugar and mix and its ready for use. You can alter the amount of sugar added to make the syrup as per personal preference
